SRD02 FLOATING TYPE DAMPER ACTUATOR (2, 4, 6, 8Nm)

CHARACTERISTICS

● HIGH DEPENDABLE PERFORMANCE

—— SRD02 floating type damper actuator uses bi-directional magnetic clutch synchronous motor. It has overload protection function. The actuator will stop automatically, because the motor is clutched when it operates to the end.

—— Adjustable limitator with precision of 15º.

—— Optional overtime protection for longer motor life.

—— 1 or 2 optional auxiliary switch(es), such as end switch and feedback switch.

When equipped with 2 end switches, the operational angle of the damper actuator can be adjusted by setting the peak turnplate. When equipped with feedback switch, the feedback angle range is larger than 60º on clockwise and is less than 30º on anti-clockwise. Please refer to Fig.4.

The default setting of damper actuator with one auxiliary switch is at 90° and that with two auxiliary switches are at 0° and 90°.   

● SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT FUNCTION TESTING

It is also convenient to test the function of damper operation: push the manual button on the actuator, the gearings inside the actuator will break away. The damper can be operated manually as keeping push the manual button. PLEASE DO NOT OPERATE WHEN POWER IS ON!

● SIMPLE INSTALLATION
